S-STILO Series Pneumatic Shear Knife Holders

  • new self locking pneumatic blade carriage, mounted on ball slides

  • easy cutting angle adjustment with graduated scale
  • rapid blade holder head change

FAST-MAN Shear Cut

  • quick format changes in manual mode
  • carried out during a machine stop without material in the cutting zone
  • 10 format changes possible in 2 to 3 minutes

 

 

SIDE TRIM Shear Cut

  • edge trim units are supplied with the “STILO®” system
  • available with either automatic or manual positioning
  • ideal for cutting most flexible materials

 

POP Shear Cut with automatic positioning

  • automatic positioning, by means of a brushless servo-motor, controlled by the corresponding computer panel (CNC or PLC)
  • the computer decides which units will be in use and will move the unused units to a “parking” or “shadow” zone
  • the computer automatically repositions units displaced during maintenance or machine stops without further assistance from the operator
  • up to 600 orders with precise formats can be stored and retrieved by entering the order number on the display
  • as an example, format change time for 20 units, machine frame width 3.6 meters is roughly 1 minute

 

NON-STOP Shear Cut

  • continuous shear-cutting, even during format changes
  • mainly for calendering machines for plastics or on continuous cardboard and paperboard production lines
  • with the longitudinal NON-STOP cutting system, format changes can be carried out with material in the machine and even during production
  • units can be positioned
    • manually, by means of a hand wheel
    • semi-automatically, by means of an electric motor, pneumatic selector and 2 push buttons
    • automatically, by means of a brushless servo-motor, controlled by the corresponding computer panel (CNC or PLC)

     

RETROFIT

  • HELIOS modifies the longitudinal cutting system by removing the old system and replaces it with a new cutting module that increases productivity, improves quality and amortizes the cost of the retrofit over a short period of time.

 

SCORE or PRESSURE CUTTING Type EK-30 and EPFS-48

  • a traditional pneumatic blade holder system used for perforation, half and groove cutting

 

MULTIPLE RAZOR BLADE Holder Type S3 and S4 107/TL-C

  • recommended for thin plastic film up to a thickness of 25µ
  • equipped with safety protection with automatic closure

 

SINGLE RAZOR BLADE Holder Type S3 RB stroke 20 and S4 RB stroke 25

  • to cut very thick plastic materials, over 2 mm
  • equipped with safety protection with automatic closure
